Your photo might capture a landscape, a loved one, a wedding moment, or an old family picture. It could feature nature, a home, flowers, a portrait, or simply a place you never want to forget.
Once you share your image, I review it to ensure it translates beautifully to the gelli plate. After we confirm the photo and finalize the order form and payment, my creative journey begins—transforming your precious memory into a unique, handmade response.
The making
To begin, I prepare at least three physical working copies of your single photo. These are source copies used during image transfer—not three finished artworks.
The layering process requires patience, often involving re-dos before finding the successful print. The final artwork retains small marks, textures, imperfections, and beautiful surprises. These are the very details that make it real and authentic. In one word ‘Echt’.

By default, all prints have a 2.5 cm margin from the top and left edges of the paper.
Custom centered prints are available upon request and quoted individually.
Each print is pulled individually by hand, making every print unique.
Additional hand-pulled prints commissioned from the same photo will each remain unique.
Reproductions are not described or sold as original gelli prints.
Shipping is quoted after the destination and paper size are known. Every finished work uses a tracked service; signature service is used where available and appropriate.
While transit issues must be addressed directly with the carrier, Echt Arts is glad to report the issue to the courier as well to support your inquiry.
Privacy
Original customer photos and failed test pulls stay private by default. Public sharing of a unique print only happens when the customer allows it.
Sharing a unique print, though, is a warm invitation to others to pause, look closely, and feel. Your printed memory might inspire others through what deeply matters to you.
